17. Saving.
- Any by-laws or rules framed by or in respect of the existing Council, shall, until other provision is made under the Act by or in respect of the relevant Council, be deemed to be by-laws or rules framed by or in respect of the Council established for the Bombay area of the State of Gujarat and the Council established for the Bombay area of the State of Maharashtra.
