Section 12 in The Jammu and Kashmir Collection of Statistics Act, 1961
12. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government, the statistics authority or any other person acting under the authority of the Government or of the statistics authority in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or of any rules or directions issued thereunder.
