6. Quorum. [Section 42(2)(c)].
(1)The quorum for a meeting of the Board shall be five and that of the Executive Committee shall be three.(2)If there is no quorum at any meeting of the Board or of the Executive Committee, the meeting shall be adjourned and at the adjourned meeting business of the last meeting shall be conducted irrespective of there being quorum or not.
