This appeal is directed against the award dated 05.06.2008 passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jind whereby the Tribunal has awarded the compensation to the tune of Rs.4,17,500/- on account of death of Suresh Kumar aged about 27 years old. Multiplier of 17 was applied in this case.
No grounds to interfere.
