Section 15 in The West Bengal Board of Madrasah Education Act, 1994.
15. Restriction on voting. -
(1)No member of the Board shall vote on any matter in which he has any personal or pecuniary interest or if it relates to any Institution of which he is either a teacher or a member of the Managing Committee.(2)The President or the member presiding at a meeting of the Board shall decide any question arising under sub-section (1), and his decision thereon shall be final.
