17. Comments of Sarpanch/Panchas.
(1)Sarpanch/Up-Sarpanch or Panchas or Secretary as the case may be, shall place their comments for consideration of Gram Sabha.(2)Such comments may also be incorporated in Gram Sabha proceedings.
