Section 16(2) in The Orissa Self-Help Co-operatives Act, 2001
(2)Every applicant for membership, and every member of a Co-operative must keep each Co-operative of which the applicant is a member, informed of membership in other Co-operative, and a Co-operative may refuse admission or remove from membership on grounds, among others, of dual or conflicting membership, in other Co-operative having similar business.
