35. Variation in programme and budget.
- The Board may, at any time vary any programme or any part thereof:Provided that if the variation of any housing Scheme/Schemes involves any expenditure in excess of ten per cent of the amount as originally sanctioned for the execution of the Scheme/Schemes or if it effects its/their scope or purpose, such variation shall be done by following provisions under Sections 31 to 33.
