Section 12(iv) in Jammu and Kashmir Brick Kilns (Regulation) Act, 2010
(iv)to seize bricks found in the premises of any person or any vehicle or cart in respect of which he has reasons to believe that contravention of the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder has been or is being or is about to be, committed.
