9. Authentication of orders and other instruments of the Authority.
- All proceedings of the meetings of the Authority shall be authenticated by the signature of the Chairman and all orders and other instruments of the Authority shall be authenticated by signatures of the Secretary or such other office of the Authority as may be authorised in this behalf by regulations.
