Section 147(xiii) in The Railway Protection Force Rules, 1987
(xiii)being grossly insubordinate or insolvent his higher officer orusing or attempting to use criminal force against his colleague orhigher officer whether on or off duty, knowing or having reason tobelieve him to be such;
