Section 1 in Delhi Professional Colleges or Institutions Prohibition of Capitation Fee Regulation of Admission Fixation of Non-Exploitative Fee and Other Measures to Ensure Equity and Excellence Act, 2007
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Delhi Professional Colleges or Institutions Prohibition of Capitation Fee Regulation of Admission Fixation of Non Exploitative Fee and Other Measures to Ensure Equity and Excellence Act 2007.(2)It extends to the whole of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.(3)It shall come into force with immediate effect.
