Section 19(xii) in Inspector Class III, Prohibition and Excise, Competitive Examination Rules, 2012
(xii)violating any of the conditions for admission to appear in the Examination as prescribed and specified in the admission certificate to take the Examination, may, in addition to rendering himself liable to criminal prosecution, be liable-
