Section 9(i) in High Court Of Delhi Rules Governing Patent Suits, 2022
(i)The Court shall peruse the affidavits in evidence filed by the parties and shall fix the time, venue and duration for the cross-examination of the witnesses. On the Court’s own motion or on application of a party or a witness, evidence may be directed to be recorded through video conferencing, as per the applicable Rules.
