ORDER
07.10.2025 This Court vide its Order dt. 15.09.2025 had granted last and final opportunity to the petitioner to take requisite steps for the service of the respondents.
It is reported by the dealing assistant that process could not be issued to the respondents for want of registered covers. Since, last and final opportunity was granted and petitioner has failed to take requisite steps for service of the respondents.
Therefore, the matter to be placed before the Hon'ble Court in the last week of October, 2025 for kind orders.
