Section 7(1) in Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission Tariff Regulations, 2002
(1)No tariff may be amended more frequently than once in any financial year except that tariff rates shall be adjusted in accordance with fuel surcharge adjustment formula (F SA) in the tariff with the approval of the Commission.
