Section 69(1) in The Chhattisgarh Non-Government Colleges and Institutions in Higher Education (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2006
(1)The Government or the Competent Authority may authorise any officer not below such rank as may be prescribed to inspect any educational institution in the State.
