Section 185(1) in Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976
(1)The Authority may, from time to time, with the previous sanction of the State Government, make regulations, consistent with this Act and the rules made thereunder, and for all or any of the matters which have to be or may be, prescribed or provided by regulation under any of the provisions of this Act.
