Section 5(8) in U.P. Fisheries (Development and, Control) Rules, 1954
(8)Chairman of Managing Committee would have power to release amount of relief by declaring financial assistance in emergent situation as per the provisions contained under the Fund and sanction of which would be approved in the next meeting of Managing Committee. The State Government would have power to double the amount of assistance received from this fund for any activity.
