Section 2(e) in The Punjab One-Time Voluntary Disclosure and Settlement of Violations of the Buildings Constructed in Violation of the Building Bye-laws in the Corporations and the Municipalities Act, 2004
(e)"prime area" means an area, falling within the jurisdiction of a Corporation or a Municipal Council or a Nagar Panchayat, and declared as such by the Committee;
