Section 10(1) in Telangana Occupants of Homesteads (Conferment of Ownership) Act, 1976
(1)The authorised officer may, for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act, by order, require any person to furnish such information in his possession relating to any dwelling house or homestead.
