Section 8(10)(a) in U.P. Self-Financed Independent Schools (Fee Regulation) Act, 2018

(a)in case of contravention of the provisions of this Act for first time, may impose financial punishment upto Rs. i lakh, with refunding of excess fee levied, from a student to the notified fee;
