Section 63(8) in The Indian Nursing Council Regulations
(8)A copy of the report made by an inspector marked "Confidential", shall be forwarded to the institution concerned with a request that the institution will furnish to the Council, with at little delay as possible, such observations thereon as it may think necessary.
