Section 1 in The Allahabad High Court Private Secretaries (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2001
1. Short title, application and commencement.
(1)These Rules may be called the Allahabad High Court Private Secretaries (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2001.(2)They shall apply to all the Private Secretaries of the High Court.(3)They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
