25. The Central Provinces Juvenile Smoking Act, 1929 (VIII of 1929)
Section 2. - For sub-section (2), substitute the following, namely :-"(2) It extends to the whole of Madhya Pradesh."Section 5. - For "Lambardar, mukaddam" substitute "Patel" and for wards beginning with "Member of a Municipal Committee" and ending with "member of a Village Panchayat", substitute "Member of any local authority."
