9. Renewal of Licence.
- The licence granted under sub-section (1) of Section 6 shall, subject to the conditions under Section 7 or to the direction, if any, of the State Government under Section 42, be renewed from time to time for a calendar year on the application of the licensee under Rule 10 and on payment of the fees prescribed under Rule 11.
