Section 11(1) in The Punjab Cattle Fairs (Regulation) Rules, 1968
(1)The Cattle Fair Fund shall be of the nature of a Personal Ledger Account in the name of Deputy Commissioner of the district at the district level and the Controller, Panchayati Raj Finances at the State Level or such other officer as may be appointed by the State Government in this behalf.
