Section 3(1) in The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Form of Annual Statement of Accounts and Records) Rules, 2007
(1)The Central Commission shall prepare the annual statement of accounts for every financial year commencing with 2004-05. The Secretary of the Central Commission may authorise an officer of the Central Commission to prepare the account on his behalf.
