Section 20 in Birsa Munda Tribal University Act, 2017
20. Controller of Examination.
(1)The Controller of Examinations shall be a whole time salaried officer of the University. He shall be appointed by the University with the prior approval of the State Government.(2)The qualifications, terms and conditions of service of the Controller of Examination shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
