Section 113B(1) in Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Orissa Legislative Assembly
(1)If the speaker admits notice of a motion given in writing addressed to the Secretary and no date is fixed for the discussion of such motion it shall be immediately circulated as no-day-yet named motion for information of all concerned.
