Section 14(2) in The Shree Somnath Sanskrit University Act, 2005
(2)The Registrar shall be the Chief Administrative Officer of the University. He shall be a full-time salaried officer and shall act as the Member-Secretary of the Executive Council, Academic Council and such other authorities, bodies and committees of the University in accordance with the regulations made in this behalf and his condition of service and emoluments to be paid shall be determined by the regulations.
