Section 11 in The Karnataka Sugarcane (Regulation of Purchase and supply) Act, 2013
11. Cognizance of Offence.
- No court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under section 10, except on a complaint made by an officer authorized by the Commissioner for Cane Development and Director of Sugar and no court inferior to that of a Magistrate of First Class, shall try any such offence.
