Section 57(2)(b) in Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977

(b)all liabilities which are enforceable against the [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] shall be enforceable against the State Government; and
