This petition was filed in December 2019, seeking anticipatory bail in case complaint No.85 dated 17.4.2013 (New No. COMI No. 946/2018) titled Satwant Kaur Randhawa Vs. Pavittarpal Singh and others, under Sections 420, 506, 511, 120-B IPC.
On 12.12.2019, the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail. Thereafter the matter was pending for service of respondent No.2, as fresh address was not being provided.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inspite of his best efforts, he is not getting any instructions from the petitioner and hence, he is not in a position to pursue the present petition.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same in case cause of action still survives.
Since the main case has been decided, the pending application, if any is rendered infructuous.
