The present petition was filed on 10.11.1997 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking registration of FIR for offences under Sections 307, 320, 327, and 329 IPC along with Section 5 of the Terrorist & Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act, 1987 and Section 7 of the Arms Act, 1959.

Mr. Mehardeep Singh, learned Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, has stated that the matter was inquired into and it was found that primarily it was a land lord - tenant dispute and no offence is made out.

The present petition was filed in the month of November 1997 and a period of 11 years is going to elapse. No such prayer for the relief sought was renewed. Even otherwise it was held by Hon'ble the Apex Criminal Misc. No.25122-M of 1997 2 Court in Sakiri Vasu v. State of U.P. And Others 2008(1) Recent Criminal Reports 392 that no direction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. can be issued by this Court. Therefore, there is no merit in the present petition and the same is dismissed.
