Section 41(5) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1991
(5)All weighment of agricultural produce in the market shall be made by the licensed weighman under the direct supervision of the paid servant of market committee who is authorised in this behalf and all weighment slip issued shall be counter-signed by such person.
