(5)[ Creation of a post in a Government Company or undertaking, the maximum pay of which is Rs. 4,100 or more, will require approval of the Government in the Administrative Department. The Administrative Department will take the concurrence of the Finance Department and orders of the Chief Minister through the Minister concerned.
