Section 8(2) in S.K.V.A. Co-operative Pharmacy and Stores (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertaking) Act, 1976
(2)Not withstanding anything contained in sub-section (1) any officer of G0vernment deputed for employment m connection with the affairs of the undertaking of the Society and employed as such immediately before the appointed day shall, as from that day, revert to the service of the Government.
