147. Criminal appeals in which accused persons are in Jail.
- A separate list of ready matters of D.B. criminal appeals as well as Single Bench criminal appeals shall be prepared in descending order of period of the detention of accused persons i.e. the appeal of those accused persons shall be listed on higher side who are in jail for longer period under the heading 'Appeals in which accused persons are in jail.'
