Section 25(3) in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
(3)The emoluments and other conditions of service of the Vice-Chancellor shall be such as the Chancellor may decide in consultation with the State Government, and shall not be varied to his disadvantage on his reappointment.
