7. Method of recruitment.
- (i) Seventy five per cent. by promotion; (ii) twenty five per cent. by Limited Departmental Competitive Examination; and Failing (i) and (ii) by deputation/ absorption or re-employment for Armed Forces Personnel or by direct recruitment through Staff Selection Commission.
