72. Consolidated rates for combinations of services.
- The Board may, frame a consolidated scale of rates for any combination of the services specified in Sections 70 and 71 or for any combination of such service or services with any user or permission to use any property belonging to or in the possession or occupation of the Board, as specified in the said sections.
