85ED. Further application after rejection.
- If within a period of six months from the rejection of an application for a license, the applicant informs the licensing authority that the conditions laid down have been fulfillled and deposits an inspection fee of [rupees two hundred and fifty] [Substituted by G.S.R. 601(E), dated 24.8.2001 (w.e.f. 24.8.2001).], [the licensing authority may, if, after causing further inspection to be made, he is satisfied that the conditions for the grant of license have been complied with, issue a license in Form 25-C or Form 26-C.
