Order 06/04/2026 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not wish to press the present criminal miscellaneous petition. However, he seeks liberty for the petitioners to submit a representation to the concerned Investigating Officer, considering the facts of the present case, particularly that the petitioners are a driver and a conductor, and intend to submit relevant documents to the said authority.
Accordingly, the present criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioners to submit a detailed representation to the concerned Investigating Officer, incorporating all the grounds raised in this petition, within a period (Uploaded on 06/04/2026 at 05:58:45 PM) (Downloaded on 06/04/2026 at 08:49:13 PM) [2026:RJ-JD:15428] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-719/2026] of seven (7) days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
In the event that such a representation is submitted, the concerned Investigating Officer shall consider the same minutely and objectively. All relevant documents submitted along with the representation shall also be duly taken into consideration.
It is further directed that, for a period of ten (10) days from the date of filing of the representation, the petitioners shall not be arrested in connection with FIR No. 145/2025 registered at Police Station Tidi, District Udaipur.
All pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
