Section 25(1) in The Bihar Self-Supporting Co-operative Societies Tribunal (Constitution and Procedure) Rules, 2002
(1)Any party to any proceedings before Tribunal may apply to the Secretary for the inspection of any document, or for a certified copy of any document and for the orders of the Tribunal.
