Section 69(3)(a) in Andhra Pradesh Co-Operative Societies Rules, 1964

(a)For the proper administration of the "Centralised Service" it shall be open to the Board to divide the area of the State into such number of Zones as it may consider necessary, from time to time. Each Zone so formed shall be a separate unit for the purpose of appointment, promotion and transfer of employees of the centralised service ;
