16. The Pro-Vice Chancellor.
- A Pro-Vice-Chancellor may be appointed by the Chancellor with prior approval of the Board of Governors in such manner and shall exercise the powers of Vice Chancellor in his absence and shall exercise such powers and Perform such duties as may be prescribed by Statutes.
