Section 12(1) in The Bharatiya Vayuyan Adhiniyam, 2024
(1)Subject to the provisions of section 34, the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules providing for the investigation of any accident or incident arising out of or in the course of the navigation—(a)in or over India of any aircraft; or(b)anywhere of aircraft registered in India.
