Section 12(a) in M.P. Nagreeya Nikay Samvida Shala Shikshak (Employment and Conditions of Contract) Rules, 2005
(a)A person employed under these rules shall work under the administrative control of Nagar Palik Nigam through its Commissioner in case of Nagar Palik Nigam and Chief Municipal Officer in case of Nagar Palika or Nagar Panchayat and other officers as prescribed.
