Section 25(2) in Orissa Motor Spirit (Taxation on Sales) Act, 1946
(2)On payment to the Collector of any sum referred to in sub-section 1 the accused person shall be discharged, the property seized, if any, shall be released and no further proceedings shall be taken against such person or property in respect of such offence.
